Access and export
Ask for a copy of your account, order, and wallet history in a portable format.
Correction
Update inaccurate profile or shipping information from your dashboard or by contacting us.
Deletion
Request account deletion. We remove personal data unless a legal or transaction record must be retained.
Preferences
Opt out of non-essential analytics or marketing messages without affecting core marketplace access.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls, monitoring, and audit logs designed to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can promise zero risk, so we also maintain incident response procedures and notify affected users when required.
